A N N U A L   M E E T I N G S

We know what it takes to pull together such an important event, and we are here to at least make the location part easy! We invite you to compare our spaces, fabulous food, and of course our location directly across from the King Street Metro in Alexandria’s historic Old Town. There's plenty for your attendees to do and see nearby when they have a break. Treat them to a bountiful buffet between sessions or a succulent sit-down supper at your climactic gala. B O A R D  M E E T I N G S

Fete the Board with style and grace befitting its important role. T H E   S P A C E S

The newly-renovated Windsor Room offers tasteful decor highlighted by its wall of windows and cathedral ceilings, welcome area with bar, dance floor, and outdoor terraces if your guests desire a little fresh air. Accessed via private elevators, the Windsor Room can accomodate up to 150 guests in an elegant, flexible setting -- allowing for a variety of table and seating arrangements. {photos}

Need more space? The Virginia Ballroom, opening onto the Garden Atrium, allows you to host up to 230 attendees in one expansive room. You can even welcome your guests beforehand in the Atrium with an hors d'oeuvre buffet and bar if you like. Our impressive chandeliers and Virginia-themed paintings give this room just the right touch of class. {photos}
